I have been coming to Oceanside longer than most people have been looking at it on a map.

My family moved here in 1978. I grew up in these streets, went to Oceanside High School, and graduated here. I watched this city change from the inside. I know what it was, I know what it became, and I know exactly where it is going.

That history is not a talking point. It is the reason my clients trust me with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives when they are buying or selling in Oceanside.

Oceanside sits at the northern edge of San Diego County, bordered by Camp Pendleton to the north and the Pacific Ocean to the west. It is home to one of the longest wooden piers on the West Coast, a working harbor with boat slips, restaurants, and weekend energy that draws people from across the county, and a downtown that has quietly transformed into one of North County's most visited destinations. The city has surf culture built into its DNA. It has always attracted people who want to live close to the water without paying Carlsbad or Encinitas prices.

Right now, Oceanside is in the middle of something bigger. Ocean Kamp, a $45 million surf lagoon and resort development, is under construction along Highway 76. The 92-acre project includes a 3.5-acre wave pool, a 300-room hotel, retail, and up to 667 homes. Developers are targeting completion before the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. When that opens, Oceanside becomes a destination in a way it has never been before. Buyers who get in now are buying ahead of that curve.

Highway 76 connects Oceanside directly to Interstate 15 and Interstate 5 near Camp Pendleton, making it one of the most accessible cities in North San Diego County. Whether you work in San Diego, Temecula, or anywhere in between, Oceanside puts you on the road without the commute chaos.

I have been a licensed real estate professional since 2009 and have worked North San Diego County my entire career. Oceanside is not just a market I service. It is the city that raised me. When you work with me here, you are not working with someone who pulled up the comps last week. You are working with someone who has watched this community grow for over four decades.

If you are buying or selling in Oceanside, I want to be the first call you make.
